§ 1 General

The terms used in these Rules shall mean:
Online Shop – shop operating at http://www.mods.com.pl , in which it is possible to make the purchase over the Internet.
Client – a natural person , legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality , and having the capacity to perform legal acts that purchases in the Online Shop accordance with this Regulation .
Turnaround time – the time required for completion and transmission of orders for shipment.
Shopping Cart – part of an online store in which the customer gives details of your order.

§ 2 Ordering

The customer can place orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the website http://www.mods.com.pl . The customer places an order through the ” add to basket” of goods of their choice . Then indicate how acceptance and payment for the order , namely:
• the name of the product ordered
• Number of ordered products
• the address to which the goods are to be delivered
• method of delivery
• method of payment.
To place an order and enter into a contract of sale of products to the end customer must ” make a purchase ” . Acceptance of the order confirmation message will be sent to the e – mail address indicated in the order.

§ 3 Prices of goods

The prices of products are offered directly by the product and are given in Polish zloty . Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Binding price of the product , and the value of the entire order , including postage is shown after selecting the method of delivery and payment by the customer.
We reserve the right to make changes to keep the prices of goods , carry out and cancel promotions and sales.

§ 4 Methods of payment and delivery

Payment for orders can be made :
• electronic transfer
• an ordinary bank account
• by electronic payments through the system offered by the system Przelewy24
Where the asset does not affect the seller ‘s bank account within three days of the approval , the contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller shall terminate.
Delivery of ordered goods on Polish territory is via the shipping company DHL ( Express) Poland Ltd. with its registered office in Warsaw.
Delivery to other countries is done through the Polish Post .

§ 5 orders

Performance of the contract starts immediately after the payment on the account of the Seller.
Time of delivery may take from one to thirty days.
In case of unavailability of goods , delays in the implementation of , or inability to perform the contract customer receives a notification . If the customer chooses to withdraw because of this order, he paid a sum of money will be returned to him.
Order executed this order delivered to the customer.

§ 6 Terms and Conditions complaints

Customer has the right to claim the goods. To file a complaint must provide your product with proof of purchase and completed filing the complaint to: Andrew Rosłan , ul. Industry 32, 23-400 Bilgoraj , Poland . Costs associated with the delivery of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the customer.
Shop examine the complaint within fourteen days from the date of filing the complaint.
If the complaint is resolved in favor of the client, the advertised goods will be repaired or replaced at the Customer will also be returned to its value.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

According to the Act of March 2 , 2000 ” On the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products ” ( Journal of Laws No. 22, item . 271, item 2000, as amended . ) The customer can withdraw from the contract purchase without giving a reason within 10 days from the date of delivery .
To take advantage of this option, the Customer is obliged to draw up a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract and send it within 10 days from the date of delivery to the following address : Andrzej Rosłan , ul. The customer is obliged to return the products covered by the agreement , from which departs later than 14 days from the date of cancellation to the following address : Andrzej Rosłan , ul. Industry 32, 23-400 Biłgoraj , Poland

§ 8 personal Information

By registering for the Online Store Customer consents to the processing of personal data relating to the execution of orders in the Online Shop .
Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (consolidated text. Laws of 2002 No. 101, item. 926, as amended.) To prevent access by third parties .
The customer has the right to inspect their personal data , rectify them , or request removal.

§ 9 final Provisions

The Administrator reserves the right to disable User Account, which violates any of the provisions of these Rules , or acts to the detriment of the Site or the Administrator. This has no impact on the fulfillment of the agreements previously concluded . Unlocking Accounts and renewal services depends on the decision of the Administrator.
In matters not covered in these rules shall be governed by common law, and in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the specific conditions of consumer sale and amending the Civil Code ( Journal of Laws No. 141, item 2002 . 1176) and the Law on the protection of certain rights consumers and on liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 2000. 271).
Names of goods presented in the Online Shop are used for identification purposes and may be protected and registered under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws No. 119 , item 2003 . 1117) .
In the case of amendments to the Regulations orders placed before the date of the modification to this Regulation shall be implemented on the basis of the rules in force before the introduction of exchange .
